This pizza press combines two separate operations into one unit by allowing you to pre-form perfect 8" pizza crusts while also partially baking them, so you'll be more than prepared when the lunch rush sweeps through your establishment. Since the crusts hold for several hours in the refrigerator or freezer, you can even prepare them the night before!

This pizza press is both efficient and user friendly. The heated upper and lower platens aid in dough flow by allowing the dough to be pressed straight from a cool, refrigerated state, saving you valuable thawing time. The preset 450 degree Fahrenheit temperature setting ensures crust consistency in both color and texture, and a light above the power switch will remain on while the platens are heating and turn off when the set temperature has been reached. The PTFE coating also ensures that dough removal and cleaning the platens between shifts is quick and easy. For further convenience, this unit is not labor intensive and can even be used by your newest, most inexperienced employee.
