This commercial DoughXpress DXM-SS-220 18" manual heavy-duty stainless steel pizza dough press lets you flatten dough balls into pizzas up to 18" in diameter without the need for flour, dough rollers, or skilled labor! Anyone can create consistent, tasty pizza crust in moments. This heavy-duty stainless steel dough press features a heated upper platen that helps your dough balls flatten faster, as it heats up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It can even flatten dough straight from the fridge. Not only does this press keep the dough from shrinking, it will hold air inside the dough for an evenly baked crust.

This dough press delivers a consistently round shape and even thickness so that you can count on your pizza being balanced all the way through. If you're looking to make a variety of crust types, such as New York style or a thick Sicilian crust, the press can be adjusted for exactly the size and thickness you desire, up to 18" in diameter and 7/8" thick! Depending on the size crust you are pressing, it can flatten up to (200) 18", (400) 9", or (800) 6" crusts per hour.
