Hold and transport up to 63 dough tubs with this DXDC-5 Dough Ball Cart! It easily organizes and transports your dough balls for proofing, cooling, freezing, and production. This aluminum cart includes (7) lift out trays and (63) 2 qt. tubs for all of your dough prep needs.

The trays can easily be loaded from the front or sides of the cart, and are constructed of durable, lightweight ABS for easy handling and easy washing

Each lift out tray holds 9 tubs (for 63 total tubs per cart). The tilted trays ensure that the tubs slide forward as you use them, to keep your product rotated; centering ribs ensure that tubs stay aligned. The tubs are made of polypropylene.

The cart features a sturdy aluminum frame and comes with (4) 5" swivel wheels (2 locking) to keep the cart in place.
