Press, flatten, or par bake up to six tortillas in seconds with the DoughXpress D-TXE-2-18W (11226) white electromechanical 18" round tortilla press! Thanks to its electromechanical operation, you don't need to worry about hydraulics or supplied air! This heavy duty tortilla press features a swing away bottom platen design that saves space and is easier to use than top swinging models. It's easy to place and remove corn tortillas, flour tortillas, pizza dough, or even flat bread!
The 18" round upper and lower platens add versatility because it's easy to quickly prepare an 18" par-baked pizza crust too, with temperature adjustment up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit! You can also use this tortilla press without heat, for cold pressing. The DoughXpress D-TXE-2-18W (11226) requires a 220V electrical connection.
