Domino Dark Brown sugar is a rich dark brown sugar with a great taste and consistent quality from a reputable brand. Domino and C&H are the two most well known brands in sugar are are owned by the same parent company. Domino is sourced from the east coast I believe and C&H is west coast sourced. Both are made from pure Cane sugar as opposed to beet sugar which is often considered lower quality. You can't go wrong with either Domino or C&H but they differ in how light or dark they are. Domino Dark is a bit darker than C&H Dark. So if you want the darkest and richest brown sugar, go for Domino Dark.
