Great icing sugar but impossible sugar for fondant since there is no cornstarch in it the marshmallow fondant stays stretchy instead Recommended for whatever you are using it for.

We use the Set & Match Confectioners Icing in our donut glazes. It is a very good product and does set up quickly, do make sure you sift before hand as it can clump easily. I am very happy with this product and will be buying more.

I use this powdered sugar in my buttercream for my sugar cookies and it’s great. Sets up very smooth. And is easy to work with.
