This dispenser is made of black ABS plastic with translucent sides that make it easy to see when refills are needed. It also features an easy-open hinged front cover.

This toilet paper dispenser features tear-off bars on the sides and front of the dispenser opening that ensure toilet paper tears efficiently. It's also designed with the choice of a key-activated spring lock and push-button option that can be installed with the parts included with the dispenser.
