Use this DeWalt forced air liquid propane heater DXH170FAVT to bring warmth you can rely on to fight tough, onsite work conditions. This heater uses liquid propane and burns at 170,000 BTU per hour but can be adjusted down to 125,000 BTU. Equipped with Quiet Burner Technology, it operates with 50% less noise than other similarly-sized units. Its recessed controls are designed to reduce risk of damage on jobsites, so this heater is ideal for work environments with temporary structures, like in tents or construction sites.
When operated with a 100 lb. liquid propane tank, this heater can heat approximately 4,250 sq. ft. of space for around 13 hours on high or 17 hours on low. For easy ignition and operation, this heater has a continuous ignition and thermo-electric safety valve. With a 2-piece split barrel design, this heater makes cleaning and maintenance easier and safer. It has a large ergonomic handle, making it easy to transport, and it comes with a 20 ft. hose and regulator. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
