The baking tray and rectangular mold are both constructed from non-stick steel, which ensures long-lasting durability and an easy release. The baking tray can bake two baguettes at once, and it has perforations that ensure even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking. Plus, the solid rectangular mold can be used to bake loaves to perfection.

Use the baker blade to score the dough before baking, and use the dough scraper to help clean your counters and slice your dough.
