Streamline your baking operation with this de Buyer 2" copper cannele mold 6820.55N. This mold is constructed from 100% copper, which promotes excellent heat conductivity. The copper heats and cools rapidly, making a golden, caramelized crust with a moist interior. Use this mold to easily bake the perfect cannele.

This mold is safe to use in temperatures up to 446 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the copper cool before washing it, and handwash with soap and water. To remove oxidation, soak it in water and white vinegar. To maintain the mold's color and shine, use a copper polish (sold separately).
