Chai Cart™ Masala with Other Tea
1 tsp. Chai Cart™ masala
8 oz. prepared tea (black, green, or rooibos)

Add Chai Cart™ to other type of tea, before brewing in accordance with the other tea's instructions. Add milk and sugar to taste if desired. Sip and enjoy your David Rio chai tea drink.

Traditional Indian Masala Chai
8 oz. water
1 tsp. Chai Cart™ masala loose leaf tea
1 tsp. black tea
3 oz. milk

Heat water in a pot. Add Chai Cart™ tea to the pot, before the water begins boiling. When the water comes to a boil, add black tea to the pot. After allowing the black tea to steep for 2 minutes, add 3 oz. milk. Once the mixture starts boiling again, turn off the heat and cover the pot for 1 minute. Strain chai into a cup. Sip and enjoy your David Rio traditional masala chai.
