Good size portion for single servings. Used to serve salad dressings and other condiments while keeping them separate from food.

The 1 Oz. cups are a good quality. We actually use them in our restrooms and locker rooms for dispensing or mouthwash. Tried another brand and they stuck together too much. These have never had a problem separating when picked up.
