Designed with durable, flame-retardant, 20 mil thick PVC plastic, the cover easily surrounds a pan rack to lock in product freshness, prevent the spread of germs, promote proofing or retarding, and ensure tray stability during transport. It also prevents freezer burn and odor transfer to keep your product's delicious flavor. Plus, because it fits snugly around a rack, it eliminates the need to cover individual trays and saves you money on disposable wrap.

For your convenience, a flap ensures full, easy access to the rack, allowing you to remove, insert, or rearrange pans as needed. This translucent white bun pan rack cover features reinforced seams, triple-reinforced top corners, a heavy-duty nylon full-access zipper, and a tear-resistant top. A clear pocket on the front panel accommodates a label for organizational purposes. To make storage simple, the cover features a loop for hanging. It is not recommended for use in walk-in freezers. This bun pan rack cover fits many standard size end load pan racks.
