Ive had a fetch for 10 years and we 'upgraded' to a Curtis since we saw them at the SCA expos. I could not stress enough DO NOT BUY this machine. IT stopped working after 2 years and we've put in 1000s trying to fix it. stay with tried and true BUNN or FETCO
