For added convenience, this unit comes pre-programmed with a variety of recipes for dark roasts, light roasts, decaf, and other brew styles so that you can immediately begin making gourmet-quality coffee right out of the box, while a hot water faucet means that this machine can even be used for the occasional cup of tea! Small, medium, and large batch cycles allow you to keep up with demand during peak business hours while avoiding waste during lulls.

The Curtis GEMTS10A1000 G3 Gemini coffee brewer comes with (2) 1.5 gallon satellite servers that feature double-wall insulation and a brew-through lid to keep as much heat contained within the server as possible. Each server has a sight glass that allows you to easily monitor the remaining coffee so you can always be prepared with more when needed. To help ensure the brewer's long-lasting performance and keep downtime to a bare minimum, on-board self-diagnostics are continuously scanning for proper brew operations, alerting the operator with a service phone number and error code if technical assistance is required. A 220V electrical connection is required for operation; 30A service provides 5,200W of power, while 50A service provides 7,600W of power for nearly instant recovery.
