    We used this cold brew when we first opened our shop because it was conveniently packaged and seemed easier than grinding and packaging our own beans for cold brew. Unless you don't have any other alternatives, I would not recommend this product for use in a retail setting. The flavor of the coffee is bitter and has a strong alcohol smell when brewed. We ultimately stopped using this product and now purchase cold brew filters so we can use our own beans for cold brew. Two stars for convenience and ease of use.
