Flavor is great however the steeping bags are very soft and easily split open causing grounds to get everywhere. Multiple bags that were delivered were already broken up when I opened them and unable to be used.

I love this cold brew, in fact this is part of the reason I continue to order from webrestaurant store, however last time some of the filter packs were torn:(

I have used other cold coffee methods, however I have found this one to be the best with little effort. Just put the brew bags in with cold water and let it steep. It has the best flavor notes with no bitterness. My customers love it.
This is a great product. Makes cold brew so easy! With these bags, you don’t have to mess with the coffee grounds.

I actually enjoy this product very much for my coffee shop. Recommended brew time I believe is 14-16 hours. I brew 16-18 hours. This kind of gets rid of the pungent, tangy, or bitter taste some of the reviews are describing. My customers love it because it's a smooth cold brew, but still packs all of the punch. As far as the bags that are busted in transit; I have back up toddy filters to open up the rest of the bags and submerge brew the cold brew.
These are probably the best cold brew bagged coffee. I let them brew longer than what it says to give a stronger taste. Sometimes there's a broken bag but I'll just strain it after brewing.
We used this cold brew when we first opened our shop because it was conveniently packaged and seemed easier than grinding and packaging our own beans for cold brew. Unless you don't have any other alternatives, I would not recommend this product for use in a retail setting. The flavor of the coffee is bitter and has a strong alcohol smell when brewed. We ultimately stopped using this product and now purchase cold brew filters so we can use our own beans for cold brew. Two stars for convenience and ease of use.
