Because of its compact 27" undercounter design, the cabinet is space efficient and perfect for businesses tight on space, but bustling with business! Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to the solid state thermostat.

The body is made of hi-tensile, non-corrosive aluminum and is fully insulated. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features wire pan supports on 2 3/4" centers that accommodate up to (10) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" food pans. Plus, at the end of the day, the interior is easy to clean thanks to the removable pan supports, smooth walls, and coved corners.

For your convenience, the door comes outfitted with a silicone gasket for a tight seal and a magnetic latch that is easy to open. Plus, the latch is antimicrobial, which helps to protect your kitchen environment against germs. Pan stops are attached to the door's interior too, promoting proper air flow at all times within the cabinet. The cabinet also comes equipped with 4 heavy-duty 2 1/2" swivel casters with two brakes for easy mobility and a field reversible door for versatility. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
