Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 2000 watt heating system, this Cres Cor H-138-PS-1834D pass-through insulated holding cabinet holds foods at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. The Cres Cor H-138-PS-1834D holding cabinet's pass-through design allows for access from both kitchen prep areas and serving areas at the same time. It is made of durable stainless steel for years of dependable service.
The Cres Cor H-138-S-1834D insulated pass-through holding cabinet features channel style pan slides that can hold up to 32 full size sheet pans with 1 1/2" of clearance. Its solid state electronic control with easy-to-read and operate LED digital display holds food at precise temperatures. Heavy duty 5" swivel casters, 2 with brakes, provide excellent mobility even when the Cres Cor H-138-S-1834D pass through holding cabinet is fully loaded.
