Monitor the cabinet throughout the day with the easy-to-read thermometer on the control panel.

The body is made of sleek, non-corrosive stainless steel and is fully insulated. Combined with an internal aluminum frame that serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, this unit is especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features 9 sets of wire universal angles on 3" centers that adjust on 1 1/2" centers to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. It also houses 4 adjustable wire shelves that are gravity-fed for easy access and that can accommodate full size sheet pans. This enables you to customize the holding space to fit your ever-changing needs, from holding small desserts to holding steamy entrees. Plus, at the end of the day, the interior is easy to clean, thanks to the smooth walls and coved corners.

For your convenience, the doors come outfitted with gaskets for a tight seal and proper temperature retention. The unit is even designed to prevent wall and equipment damage with its recessed handles. Unlike a protruding handle, these won't bang into and dent nearby surfaces when the door is hastily thrown open. To make installation and transportation easy, this cabinet also comes equipped with 4 heavy-duty 5" swivel casters to enable mobility and field reversible doors for versatility.
