Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 2000W heating system, this Cres Cor H-137-PSUA-12D pass-through insulated holding cabinet keeps foods at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. The field reversible solid dutch doors on the front and back prevent temperature loss by allowing you to open one section at a time. The doors also have transport latches to keep them closed when your employees need to roll the cabinet from one room to another.
The pass-through design is ideal for banquet environments and makes loading and unloading the cabinet easy. Plus, the entire unit is made of durable stainless steel for years of dependable service. This insulated holding cabinet features 12 sets of universal style pan slides that can hold a variety of pan sizes and can be adjusted by 1 1/2" increments. Its standard solid state electronic control with an easy-to-read and operate LED digital display ensures food is held at the correct temperature. Heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, 2 with brakes, provide excellent mobility even when the holding cabinet is fully loaded. This model requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
