After your specialty dishes are prepared and ready to serve, storing them in this unit at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit will maintain their serving temperature until mealtime. Monitoring the cabinet throughout the day is easy, too, thanks to the exterior-mounted, slanted control panel and easy-to-read thermometer.
The body is made of sleek, non-corrosive stainless steel and is fully insulated. Combined with an extended base, the internal aluminum frame serves to fortify and protect the body of the cabinet, making this unit especially durable and reliable in busy kitchens and with everyday use. The interior features 11 sets of wire universal angles that adjust to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. This enables you to customize the holding space to fit your ever-changing needs, from holding small desserts to holding steamy entrees.
To reduce heat loss, energy consumption, and operation costs, the two dutch doors can be opened just one at a time, retaining as much heat as possible within the cabinet. For your convenience, the doors come outfitted with silicone gaskets for a tight seal and magnetic latches that are easy to open, but won't fly open during installation. Plus, the latches are antimicrobial, which helps to protect your kitchen environment against germs. The unit is even designed to prevent wall and equipment damage with its two recessed handles. Unlike extruding handles, these won't bang into and dent nearby surfaces when the doors are hastily thrown open. To make installation and transportation easy, this cabinet also comes equipped with (4) heavy-duty 5" casters to enable mobility and field reversible doors for versatility. A 120V electrical connection is required.
