This display features an adjustable dial to ensure accurate holding at precise temperatures. Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 900W heating system, this insulated undercounter cabinet holds foods at up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery.

A field-reversible and specially insulated door helps to retain heat, and the twist-lock catch secures the door during transport. Plus, a magnetic latch is easy to open and has antimicrobial properties to help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. For structural integrity, the unit is comprised entirely of stainless steel, with an internal frame for increased rigidity.

Other great features of this holding cabinet include removable wire pan supports, which are spaced on 1 3/8" centers to accommodate 12" x 20" food pans. Plus, (4) 3" heavy-duty casters make it easy to transport the unit from room to room. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
