Cres Cor 750HHSSDE Details
Keep your prepared food hot, fresh, and ready to serve with the Cres Cor 750-HH-SS-DE insulated undercounter holding cabinet! Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 900W heating system, this insulated undercounter cabinet holds foods at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. A field-reversible and specially insulated door helps to retain heat, and the twist-lock catch secures the door during transport. Plus, a magnetic latch is easy to open and has antimicrobial properties to help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
For structural integrity, the unit is comprised entirely of stainless steel, with an internal frame for increased rigidity. The user-friendly controls feature push button technology for convenience, and, since they are located on the top of the unit, you won't have to open the door to make adjustments, which would disrupt the heating process.
Other great features of this holding cabinet include removable wire pan supports, which are spaced on 1 3/8" centers to accommodate 10 full size steam table pans. Plus, four 5" swivel casters (two with brakes) make it easy to transport the unit from room to room. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
