Non-Insulated Holding Cabinets are intended for applications where the doors will be closed for the majority of the day, such as proofing bread or keeping back-up portions hot. Insulated Holding Cabinets are better suited for keeping food hot when the doors will be opened and closed much more frequently, since they are better equipped at retaining the heat.

Keep your prepared food hot, fresh, and ready to serve with the Cres Cor 131-UA-9D non-insulated 3/4 height holding cabinet! Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 1920W heating system, this non-insulated 3/4 size cabinet holds foods at up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. A field-reversible solid door features a perimeter gasket to help minimize heat loss, and the high-strength magnetic latch ensures a snug closure during transport. Plus, the latch has antimicrobial properties to help prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.

For structural integrity, the unit is comprised of non-corrosive, high-tensile aluminum and features a slanted control panel that's easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. The easy-to-read thermometer lets you keep a close eye on product temperatures, and since the controls are on the bottom, you don't have to open the door to make adjustments, which would disrupt the heating process.

Other great features of this holding cabinet include a set of 9 universal pan slides, which are spaced on 4 1/2" centers and adjustable on 1 1/2" centers. This provides ultimate pan flexibility, so you can transport both sheet pans and food pans at the same time. Plus, four 5" swivel casters (2 with brakes) make it easy to transport the unit from room to room. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
