The cabinet's exterior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel, while the interior is made of 18 gauge stainless steel with a frame for maximum durability. The unit comes with 16 sets of removable chrome-plated wire universal slides on 1 1/2" centers, allowing it to accommodate a large variety of food. For your convenience, the Dutch doors are field reversible. They come outfitted with magnetic latches that are easy to open while providing a secure closure. Plus, these latches are antimicrobial, which helps to fortify your kitchen environment against germs.
