This half size cabinet can hold (8) 18" x 26" or (8) 12" x 20" pans with 2 3/4" spacing between pan slides. Plus, the pan supports are removable to make cleaning easy. This unit features an insulated field-reversible door with a magnetic latch that is easy to open and close. Plus, it boasts a twist-lock mechanism that keeps the door secure during transport. The antimicrobial latch helps prevent the spread of germs, and the durable stainless steel construction is easy to clean. It also sits atop heavy-duty 3" swivel casters, 2 with brakes, for easy mobility. This 900W unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
