Designed with easy-to-use simple controls, the unit quickly heats to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, providing you with the efficiency you need when busy with pre-meal preparations. Plus, because the compartments are separate with their own controls, you can set them independently for different purposes as your needs evolve throughout the event.

This unit is fully insulated to help trap in the heat and to add structural rigidity for durable performance. Made of 20 gauge stainless steel and reinforced by an internal framework, the cabinet is sure to become a reliable staple in your bustling business! Accessing the interior is easy too, thanks to two insulated doors outfitted with antimicrobial, magnetic latches for sanitation and ease of use. Inside, the cabinet houses wire pan supports that are removable for easy cleaning. They are spaced on 2 3/4" centers to accommodate 16 full size sheet pans or food pans.

Outfitted with a set of 4 heavy-duty, 5" swivel casters, the unit is perfect for both holding and transport applications. Two of the casters include brakes to help stabilize the unit during product storage and removal, as well as to provide stability for the entire unit, especially when it's fully loaded. Before transport though, remember to use the twist-lock catch on the doors, as it secures the doors so they won't haphazardly open and endanger the food inside! This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
