This model comes with (2) 1.3 gallon bowls that are transparent to encourage impulse purchases at your venue. The lockable lid ensures safety by preventing anyone from tampering with your frozen product or accidentally reaching into the bowl while the unit is in operation.

User-friendly controls allow you to easily monitor the cooling temperature in the bowl, while the manual defrost mode allows for easy maintenance. To further ease the maintenance and cleaning process, this model is made so that all of the components that come into contact with the product can be removed without the need for tools.
