The single, 12GA steel mounting base stands up to heavy use in a commercial environment and allows convenient access to the reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability, while also providing easy access for slip ring routine maintenance.

This reel is built with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with a stainless steel spring. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that it is easily accessible and removable when needed. This reel also features a non-corrosive ratchet hub with self-lubricating bronze bearings, so you can secure the cord at your preferred length and service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. The specially formulated C-PEP Composite hub provides optimal chemical resistance and reinforces the reel when exposed to colder temperatures. For ease of use, this reel is fitted with a 25A / 600V rated slip ring for the electrical current to run through.

This reel comes with an adjustable solid rubber cord and (1) 5' lead cable and grounding plug for maximum efficiency. It boasts a solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings that enable you to rotate the reel with ease. Its rolled exterior design and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit. Plus, this reel includes a CoxComposite grommet with a continuous radius design, ensuring that the cord does not pinch or get caught during use. This power cord reel requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. Its NEMA 5-20R receptacle can accommodate both NEMA 5-15P and 5-20P plugs.
