It's constructed with a larger frame, allowing it to hold cords with longer lengths and larger diameters. The single, 1/4" steel mounting base stands up to heavy use in a commercial environment and allows easy access to the reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability, while also providing easy access for slip ring routine maintenance.

This reel's adjustable guide arm allows you to position the reel wherever is most convenient, such as the wall, floor, or ceiling. This reel is designed with versatility in mind, as it contains an enclosed, factory-tuned, cartridge-style spring motor with EZ-COIL retraction. This makes the motor long-lasting, rust-resistant, and ensures that the cord retracts up to 80% slower, keeping the operator in control. It also features a locking mechanism that allows you to secure the cord at your preferred length so you're able to service every area of your workstation without compromising on location. For ease of use, this reel is fitted with a 25A / 600V rated slip ring for the electrical current to run through.

This power cord reel comes with an adjustable solid rubber cord and (1) 5' lead cable and grounding plug for maximum efficiency. It boasts a solid steel axle and lubricated precision bearings that enable you to rotate the reel with ease. Its rolled exterior design and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit. This reel requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. Its NEMA 5-20R receptacle can accommodate both NEMA 5-15P and 5-20P plugs.
