This hose reel is perfect for industrial businesses where space is limited, as it's designed to be used with a medium pressure 1" x 100' air, water, or oil hose (sold separately). The single, welded, 12-gauge steel "A" frame stands up to heavy use in a commercial environment and allows easy access to the hose reel for maintenance. As opposed to the 1125 Series, this hose reel is built with a larger frame to accommodate larger hose capacities and diameters. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability.

This reel is constructed with a front bevel geared crank, a solid steel direct hand crank, and a smooth round handle, so you can effortlessly unwind and retract the hose during operation. It boasts a low profile outlet riser and open drum slot, which prevent your hose from crimping and allow it to smoothly wrap around the reel without restriction. This reel is designed with versatility in mind, as it contains lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings, ensuring that there's no hassle when it's time to use the hand crank. These bearings are designed to stay perpendicular to the axle, which minimizes wear and stress on the bearings and extends the longevity of your hose reel. This reel also features an adjustable tension brake and long-handled locking pin, so you can secure the hose at your preferred length while servicing your workstation and prevent the reel from moving during transport.

This reel's solid steel axle, rolled exterior design, and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit. It's fitted with (1) 90 degree, full-flow, nickel plated steel NPT swivel that allows for swift maintenance and easy hose installation. The hose reel is rated for 3000 PSI working pressure.
