The single, welded, heavy gauge steel "U" frame stands up to heavy use in a commercial environment and allows easy access to the hose reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability.

This reel is constructed with a direct hand crank and a smooth round handle, so you can effortlessly unwind and retract the hose during operation. It boasts a low profile outlet riser and open drum slot, which prevent your hose from crimping and allow it to smoothly wrap around the reel without restriction. This reel also features an adjustable tension brake, so you can adjust the speed at which your hose unwinds / retracts and keep it from moving on its own during operation and transport.

This reel's solid steel axle, rolled exterior design, and robotically spun and ribbed discs lend strength and security to the unit. It's fitted with (1) 90 degree, full-flow, solid brass NPT swivel that allows for swift maintenance and easy hose installation. The hose reel is rated for 4000 PSI working pressure.
