This lightweight hose reel is perfect for industrial businesses where space is limited, as it's designed to be used with a 1/4" x 50' bulky twin line welding hose for any number of low pressure applications. The single 1/4" heavy gauge steel "U" frame is built for a "T" grade welding hose and allows easy access to the hose reel for maintenance. The CPC powder coat finish is chip-resistant and provides long-term durability.

This reel is constructed with a direct hand crank and a smooth round handle, so you can effortlessly unwind and retract the hose during operation. It boasts a composite bearing to allow for the smooth rotation of your hose around the reel. This reel also features an adjustable tension brake, so you can adjust the speed at which your hose unwinds / retracts and keep it from moving on its own during operation and transport.

This hose reel comes with (1) low pressure 1/4" x 50' "T" welding hose for maximum efficiency. The solid steel axle, rolled exterior design, and robotically spun and ribbed discs of this reel lend strength and security to the unit. It's fitted with (1) 90 degree, full-flow, dual ported brass swivel that allows for swift maintenance and easy hose installation. The large capacity hose reel is rated for 200 PSI working pressure.
