The sturdy "U" frame base is one piece for superior structure and design. The frame base is professional grade yet lightweight and compact. It also features a CPC powder-coated finish. This finish is long-lasting and chip-resistant. This unit uses CNC robotically spun discs that allow greater durability. The ribbed discs and rolled edges provide convenient safety on top of impressive strength.

This welding reel uses a direct hand crank for easy mechanical retraction and rewind. The composite bearings also allow smooth and efficient rotation. It sports an external 90 degree full-flow dual ported brass swivel outfitted with VITON seals. This swivel offers both connections from the same side of the reel, ensuring the reel does not need to be removed from its mount. The adjustable tension brake allows the draw speed to be easily controlled. It also prevents "free-wheeling" from occurring during operation. This reel is ideal for use in industrial and commercial settings. This unit is compatible with a 1/4" x 50' Oxy-Acetylene welding hose (sold separately).
