This unit produces full cube ice, which is the ideal ice shape for beverages served in your restaurant, or bagged ice at your convenience store.
Made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this ice maker is built to last. For optimal sanitation, it features Agion antimicrobial product protection which prevents mold, mildew, and fungus from forming. This unit is also efficient with Harvest Assist technology that reduces utility consumption and ice clumping by dislodging the cubes from the evaporator with a probe rather than running water.
It circulates R-404A refrigerant, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business. This unit requires a 208/230V electrical connection for operation.
