As part of the SinAqua line, this warmer does not require a water line or drain connection for operation. This unit also has 6 sensors that accommodate up to (3) 1/3 or (6) 1/6 standard hotel or gastronorm pans (sold separately). Each has its own temperature zones with a separate controller.

Equipped with a controller programmed with 4 standard temperature presets and the capability to adjust the temperature as needed, this warmer gives you precise control over your food preparation. It delivers efficient, even heat distribution and utilizes automatic pan detection technology. Additionally, this unit features microprocessors that monitor vital components of the unit to ensure the unit functions as it should.
