This sandwich prep refrigerator has enough space on its top to hold up to (18) 1/6 size food pans at a time, which are flush-mount to keep ingredients cool and fresher than ever! It also features a bottom storage section with two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves so you can keep extra ingredients nearby for refills at a moment's notice. The hinged glass lid makes this unit an excellent addition to front-of-the-house made to order applications by giving customers a full view of all your delicious ingredients. Plus, the better visibility makes it easy for your staff to find the ingredients they need in a glance.

Along the front, the 8" deep cutting board makes it easy to assemble sandwiches quickly. An interior hanging thermometer is also included to help you monitor the cabinet temperature to ensure food is being properly stored. That way your staff can focus on offering guests fast service at all times.

The top and front of this unit are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and for excellent temperature retention, the whole unit is insulated with 2" of polyurethane foam. The back is completely enclosed and vented, and it is easily removed for maintenance and modification. Plus, thanks to its 5" casters, this prep table moves easily when you need to clean your kitchen.

This prep table comes with a 1/5 hp compressor that runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. For further ease of use, this model has an electronic controller with a digital display and hi-low alarm. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
