Easily craft your signature sandwiches with this Continental Refrigerator custom refrigerated sandwich prep table! This sandwich prep table is fully customizable to meet the specific needs of your establishment. You can choose a 27 1/2", 32", 36", 48", 60", or 72" sandwich unit with food pans for high-volume ingredient prep. Or, select a 43", 60", 68", or 93" base model with an open, flat top for assembling, wrapping, cutting, and plating your sandwiches. Great for any kitchen layout, your unit can have standard- breathing refrigeration or front-breathing refrigeration for flush installation against walls. The base model is ideal for tight spaces with a shallow depth option and the choice of a right- or left-mounted compressor.

Sandwich units can be equipped with a standard top, a mighty top for extra pan capacity, or a cutting top with an expanded cutting board surface. Models that are 48" or larger allow for pan openings on the left or right side. Sandwich units can also be equipped with a standard lid or a vision panel lid for instant inventory checks. For heavy-duty prep, select a hinged, flat insulated lid or a flat vision lid, which both support an optional rear-mounted cutting board in durable composite or professional-grade nylon. As for base models, you can customize your unit by reversing the narrow and large compartments to fit your specific plating style.

Both types can have standard swinging doors, heavy-duty drawers, or a combination of both. The doors can have left or right hinges, while both the doors and drawers can be fitted with security locks. The sandwich prep unit also allows you to add internal epoxy-coated or stainless steel shelving. All units can be modified with single or double overshelves and a pan rail to expand your vertical storage. They can be mounted on casters or legs with custom sizing. Sandwich units also offer specialized options such as a crumb catcher, remote temperature logger, and full stainless steel interiors and backs.

This prep table comes standard with a 1/5 compressor with R-290 refrigerant. It has an interior hanging thermometer and is insulated with 2" foam. Its top and front is made of stainless steel, and its back is completely closed, vented, and removable for maintenance. It is easy to operate with an electronic controller with a digital display and a hi-lo alarm. This custom sandwich prep table requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
