This Continental DL2WI-SA 68 1/2" 2 section solid door roll-in warmer is an invaluable time saver by allowing you to roll entire carts of food into it as opposed to loading and unloading trays. This two section warming cabinet has two full size solid doors for easy access and can accommodate racks up to 66 1/4" in height. The doors each come equipped with cam action lift-off hinges and a self-closing mechanism that helps make sure the door closes properly even when you have your hands full, and the magnetic snap-in door gaskets provide a tight seal. Cylinder door locks are standard so that you can prevent tampering or theft after hours. Additionally, this unit features automatic interior lighting.

The cabinet features a durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, made to stand up to heavy use in a commercial environment. The 3" foam polyurethane insulation helps to maintain the cabinet's interior temperatures and also provides some added structural strength. In addition, an external digital controller, master on/off switch, and temperature display help you keep an eye on the warmer's performance to ensure safe food storage. An easily removable stainless steel ramp comes standard to allow for smooth cart rolling in and out of the cabinet.

The self-contained warming system provides a temperature range of 90-180 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes a highly-sensitive thermostat. Located on top of the cabinet, the heating system is kept separate from the food zone. Thin strip heating elements are located at the base of the unit to provide heat and an air circulating blower mounted on top of the cabinet circulates air for even temperature distribution. The cabinet has a built-in humidity relief vent to help prevent foods from becoming soggy and unappetizing due to moisture build-up. This unit includes an electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm. A 115/208-230V electrical connection is required for operation of this unit.
