Transport hot product with ease using this Coldtainer portable heated container! This mobile storage unit maintains temperatures from 149 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit to safely transport hot product. The internal temperature is held down to the exact degree, keeping it consistent from the beginning to end of delivery. It eliminates the need for costly van conversions and liners and works to preserve the taste and quality of the food inside. With 4.9 cu. ft. capacity, this front-loading unit allows multiple food trays, to-go boxes, bags and more, to be loaded and unloaded easily. Also, this portable heated container makes transporting food between locations effortless and the spacious design eliminates the need to prematurely take out perishable merchandise.

To ensure superior heat retention this unit includes an iso-thermal triple insulated construction with polyurethane foam. The temperature is easy to control and monitor with an electronic thermostat and digital display. It is constructed of durable, food grade polyethylene, making it both easy to clean and safe for use with food product. Plus, this durable design will withstand vibrations encountered through transport in your vehicle.

The autonomous operation models come standard with an internal battery pack and battery charger. The AuO models are intended to operate fully independently, connected only to their internal 12 power source. No connection to external DC power source is provided. The internal battery protection will monitor the voltage of the battery and eventually switch off the compressor. It is possible to operate the unit at the same time it is recharging, it will just need a longer battery charging time.
