With 12 kW of power, it provides fast heat-up and recovery times even at full capacity. This unit features an easy-to-turn manual hand tilt with an enclosed permanently lubricated gearbox. A 10-degree cooking feature lets you tilt it up to 10 degrees while turned on, allowing you to skim off liquids.

This tilt skillet is easy to operate with a splashproof 7" easyTouch control that adjusts the temperature from 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This touchscreen also offers multi-step cooking modes including product temperature modes, and it allows for press & go recipes with cookbook storage. Plus, it has self diagnostics and maintenance with error and event logs. This unit has a 5/8" thick bead-blasted stainless steel cooking surface to prevent warping and keep food from sticking. A 5/8" mild steel clad bottom and a 1/16" stainless steel plate deliver even heat distribution.
