The Cleveland MKET-20-T 20 gallon tilting electric 2/3 steam jacketed mixer kettle quickly heats, churns, and stirs stews, soups, and sauces to a smooth consistency! This model features a mixer with infinitely variable mixing speeds, letting you stir its contents to make processed meats for vacuum-sealing.
This Cleveland 20 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. Its water-resistant, splash-proof manual tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring of even chunky products. A safety device prevents high speed starts, and mixing stops as soon as the bridge is lifted. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance, and its level-adjustable flanged feet can be bolted to the floor.
The Cleveland MKET-20-T 20 gallon tilting electric steam jacketed mixer kettle requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 13.5 kW while 240V offers 17.6 kW.
