This Cleveland FS60HA steam jacketed kettle food strainer is perfect for straining out any unwanted liquid or grease from your food! Made of durable stainless steel, this strainer is non-corrosive and will hold up to the wear and tear of commercial needs. It effortlessly attaches right onto the upper rim of the steam kettle with clips and set screws. It is perforated with small holes that will allow for any liquid to get out while keeping all solids in the kettle.
