The Cleveland 24-DM-K6 direct steam tilting 6 gallon steam jacketed kettle's modular base connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly cook up batches of soups, stews, gravies, pasta, and more! Its lever-controlled tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring of products. Plus, the tilt handles can be mounted on either side for added convenience.

This Cleveland 6 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots, while a lift-off cover traps in heat for greater cooking efficiency. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves performance.

This kettle is mounted atop a 24" wide stainless steel modular base designed with easy cleaning in mind. In addition, this model comes with a hot and cold swinging water faucet to make kettle filling and cleaning a breeze.

The Cleveland 24-DM-K6 direct steam tilting 6 gallon steam jacketed kettle with modular base requires a 1/2" IPS steam connection, a 1/4" NPT water connection, and a 1 1/2" IPS drain connection.
