4PR trays are good for sausage links, I use them for Bratwurst links and they work well. However if you stack the filled trays, you nay tend to flatten the links a bit

These trays are sturdy, so they stack well and do not develop creases on the sides. They are the perfect size for ground meat, sausages, or steaks.
Very good product, even better service from webstaurant.. We use it as a meat tray and vacuum pack the product, works perfect. Webstaurant shipped quick, with no damage during shipping. The only issue, was strictly our fault in not noticing the height at 1 1/8. Too high and went with the half inch version which are perfect for us.
These white foam platters worked for my sweet bread on easter and I now use them for my cookie platters. Great value for price. Would recommend
