These pasta machine work well for the price you pay. One thing we we had to do was get a block or shim because our steel prep table are hallow.

These did rolling fine but the cutting was a mess. No matter the thickness (and we went from 1-3 on this), it would not cut through the pasta. It scored the dough on both settings but never entirely cuts it. Made my pasta class a disaster.
