Good, heavier weighted knife. Has more of a modern clean look without being too contemporary. Great price for a knife that compares very closely to much more expensive sets.
This is a very cute little butter knife. I like that it looks different than others, it gives it some character. The serrated edge is very good for cutting rolls.
This is an odd shape of a knife. Not sure why it's different from the rest of the set, other than tradition for Midland design. We've decided not to use it but it's a great quality knife.
This knife is used by our dine in customers for a variety of reasons. To spread sauces, eat pizzas, salads, quiche. The weight is easy to handle and the serrated edge helps with easy cutting. The only downside is the slight scratches on the finish after it is washed through the dishwasher multiple times.
