The metal is on the flimsy side for the rim at the top, and the spouts are tricky to line to up get them to not leak. I bought 3 for my bakery, and 2 of them leak pretty continuously. It's a slow leak, but no amount no amount of tightening the spouts stops the leak. Not recommended.

Works for what we need, BUT the valve comes off inside the carafe. It's just a second point of failure. And it is not advertised like that. The first time my staff cleaned it, they lost a gasket and it leaks like a siv. Save your money and get a different brand.
