This cap works fine (mostly) to close pour spouts, but I've found that for the typical angled speed pours. they will allow the little flies to get in (through the vent line). Maybe if they were longer, or maybe they need to come up with a length of rubber tube that could cover that. If it also had a notch, it could be rotated to close/open when you pull the cover off.
Good product to cove the tips of the pourers. Easy to clean. Easy to store. Easy to use.
