The Choice bagel scoop is awesome for getting our bagels out of the water. The skimmer is a great size and really works well for us. A lovely design and quality.
The price is great and I am very happy with the quality of this Bagel scoop. I have never once used this for bagels though. I am using if to flip funnel cake. It work great and keeps the funnel cake from breaking up when flipping it over.

for anyone making bagels in very large quantities this scoop is excellent. The only thing I will say is to make sure you dry it thoroughly otherwise you will get rust spots.
